Again, for those like me who cannot eat dairy here is an easy substitution.  Enjoy!

Dairy Free Keto

German Pancakes

INGREDIENTS:

2 Tablespoons coconut flour

1 T Swerve or Sukrin

2 Tablespoons non dairy protein ( I use Paleo Protein)

1/8 tsp salt

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/4 cup full fat coconut milk (solid part)

1/4 cup water

4 eggs

 

 

Directions:

Put all ingredients into blender and blend well.  Pour einto mini cake pans or muffin pan.  6 mini-cakes or 12 muffin size.  Bake at 425 for 13-15 minutes until bottom is brown.  

 

MACROS:

90 Calories

6.3 fats

2.7 carbs

.8 fibers

1.9 NET CARBS

5.5 proteins

 

All of these syrups are zero carb and dairy free! 

I also have a shaker or powdered Swerve and a

shaker of Cinnamon and Granulated Swerve.
