Keto THree Cheese Sausage and Green Pepper Quiche

 

Ingredients:

4 eggs

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup water

1 cup white cheddar

2 cups medium cheddar

1 cup sausage crumbled

1 T dried onions

1/2 cup chopped green pepper

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp garlic powder

 

Crust:

2 cups crushed pork rinds

1/2 cup Parmesan

1/8 tsp garlic salt

1 T Melted butter

 

Topping:

1 cup medium cheddar

1/2 cup Parmesan

 

DIRECTIONS:

Mix crust ingredients and press into bottom of baking dish.  Bake at 350 for 10 minutes

Stir together filling ingredients and pour over baked crust.  Bake for 30-40 minutes until top is slightly brown and egg filling is done.  Top with the rest of the cheese.  Bake until melted.   Cool for 15 minutes and serve.
